Gonyeti ERP

Transport & Fleet Management ERP

Run your entire transport operation from one system.

Gonyeti brings trips, fleet, workshop, tyres, fuel, drivers, maintenance, vehicle tracking and transport administration into one platform, so every truck, load and cost is accounted for.

One platform

Everything your transport operation needs. Connected.

Most transporters run trips on spreadsheets, fuel on paper, the workshop on job cards in a drawer and tyres on memory. Gonyeti puts all of it on the same record, so the cost of a breakdown, a tyre or a litre of diesel lands on the truck and the trip that caused it.

How it works

From load confirmation to invoice, on one record

Trips

Every load is a trip with a truck, a driver, a rate and a profit

Capture the customer, cargo, loading and offloading points, horse and trailers, and driver once. Gonyeti calculates freight as a flat rate or by weight, distance, or weight and distance, tracks the trip through its statuses and closes it with offloaded quantities and any shortages against the allowable loss.

How trip management works

  • Customer and transporter rates with automatic freight calculation
  • Authorisation before dispatch, status updates through to delivery
  • Fuel, allowances and expenses booked against the trip
  • Turnover, cost of sales and gross profit per trip

Workshop

Job cards that know which truck, which parts and which mechanic

When a horse comes into the workshop, the job card records the mechanic, priority, time in and out, the parts drawn from stores and the next service due. The full repair history stays with the vehicle, so recurring faults and expensive units are obvious.

Explore workshop management

  • Bookings, inspections and breakdowns raise job cards
  • Parts issued from stores straight onto the job card
  • Odometer in, next service due out
  • Repair history and cost per unit

Fuel and tyres

Diesel and rubber, accounted for per truck

Fuel and tyres are usually the two largest controllable costs in a fleet. Gonyeti records every fill-up against an odometer reading and every tyre against an axle position, so consumption and wear can be compared truck by truck and driver by driver.

Fuel management · Tyre management

  • Fuel orders authorised before fill-up, linked to trip and driver
  • Bulk tank and station issues with odometer readings
  • Tyres tracked by serial number, axle and position
  • Retreads, transfers and disposals with mileage history

Why one system

Separate tools can't tell you what a trip really cost

A trip's real margin depends on the fuel it burned, the allowances paid, the tolls and border costs, the tyres it wore and the repairs it triggered. When those live in different spreadsheets, nobody sees the full picture until month end, if at all.

In Gonyeti, each of those records points at the same horse, trailer, driver and trip. That is what makes trip profitability, cost per kilometre and workshop cost per unit reportable without reconciling files.

Built for the region

Designed around how Southern African transporters actually operate

Horses and trailers

Prime movers and trailers are separate assets with their own documents, tyres and fitness certificates, linked per trip.

Cross-border trips

Borders, clearing agents and transport documents are recorded on the trip, with routes and corridors set up once.

Multi-currency

Rates, fuel, expenses and invoices in the currency they were transacted in, with exchange rates captured.

Subcontracted loads

Run your own fleet and transporters on the same system, with separate customer and transporter rates per trip.
